Agreement

Welcome to Archangel Catholic, PLLC (“Archangel Catholic,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). Please read these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) carefully before using our website, electronic communications, scheduling tools, intake forms, telehealth platforms, or other digital services (collectively, the “Platform”).

Your access to and use of the Platform is conditioned upon your acceptance of these Terms. By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you may not use the Platform.

These Terms apply to all visitors, prospective clients, clients, and others who access or use the Platform.

Nature of Services

Archangel Catholic, PLLC is a professional counseling practice that provides mental health services consistent with applicable licensing laws and ethical standards. Information provided on the Platform is for general informational and administrative purposes only and is not a substitute for professional mental health treatment, diagnosis, or individualized clinical care unless explicitly provided within a formal therapeutic relationship.

Use of the Platform alone does not establish a therapist-client relationship.

Privacy

Your use of the Platform is subject to our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect personal information, including protected health information (PHI) where applicable. Please review our Privacy Policy carefully.

Electronic Communications & SMS Messaging

By using the Platform or communicating with us electronically (including email, forms, or SMS text messaging), you consent to receive electronic communications from Archangel Catholic, PLLC.

If you opt in to receive SMS messages, such messages may include appointment reminders, scheduling updates, and administrative communications. Message frequency may vary. Message and data rates may apply. Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of receiving services. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP, or request assistance by replying HELP or calling (208) 557-1780.

Your Responsibilities

If you use password-protected areas of the Platform, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities conducted under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

You may not assign or transfer your access rights without our written consent.

Eligibility & Minors

The Platform is intended for individuals who can form legally binding contracts under applicable law. Individuals under the age of eighteen (18) may only use the Platform with appropriate parental or legal guardian consent where required. If we become aware that information has been submitted without proper consent, we will take steps to remove it.

Third-Party Links & Services

The Platform may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by Archangel Catholic, PLLC. We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or policies of third parties. Accessing third-party services is done at your own risk.

Intellectual Property

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Archangel Catholic, PLLC regarding use of the Platform.
